I manage SWRES international renewable energy development activities, mostly in Latin America but have worked all over. Work is mostly focused on PV, wind, and solar distillation. We work with a variety of government, NGOs, and companies overseas. I first started working for Cole Solar Systems in Austin building and installing solar DHW systems in 1984. Later assisted Enersol in the Dominican Republic as a Peace Corps volunteer and had a simple PV lighting system for my remote shack. I serve on the Board of El Paso Solar Energy Association and also am former Chairman of the Texas Solar Energy Society. I have a B.S.M.E. from UT Austin and M.B.A. from NMSU.
